I specialise in Equestrian Psychology and hold a BSc in Clinical Hypnosis, a Postgraduate Diploma in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing (with a Master’s in progress), and I am also a qualified BHS riding instructor (AI & ISM) and have worked with riders since 2008. My approach combines hypnotherapy, NLP, and performance psychology with 40 years riding experience, so the work carries through into the saddle.
