Helping you move past what’s holding you back
I’m a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Emotional Resilience trainer, Sports Psychotherapist and Riding Instructor. I support people to overcome hurdles in any area of life — personal, sporting or professional. Clients come to me after accidents or injuries, and during life changes such as pregnancy and childbirth, divorce, bereavement and career transitions.
How I work
Sessions blend hypnosis and advanced hypnotherapeutic techniques with psychotherapy and practical tools from NLP and self-coaching. Many clients notice meaningful change within a small number of sessions; the pace and number of sessions vary by person and goal. DBS checked
