Anxiety often develops gradually. Many clients describe being the person others rely on, the one who copes, organises, and manages. You may notice that even when life appears manageable, your body does not fully relax, which can be both exhausting and disorientating.
Why does Anxiety persist?
Anxiety is not a sign that something is wrong with you. It is not a failure of character or willpower. It is a sign that your nervous system has learned to remain vigilant. Once this pattern is understood and approached correctly, it can be updated. As the internal pressure eases, clarity and steadiness return.
Many clients say they delayed seeking help because they felt they “should” be able to manage alone. Almost all later say they wish they had begun sooner.
