Confident Birth Preparation
A small number of focused sessions during pregnancy can help you feel significantly calmer and more prepared for birth.
This work sits comfortably alongside NHS or private maternity care and is suitable from early pregnancy through to the final weeks before birth.
Working alongside midwives and maternity care
I have developed relaxation and birth preparation scripts used within midwife-led antenatal settings and recordings, helping expectant mothers feel calmer, sleep more easily, and approach birth with greater confidence.
This work is designed to sit comfortably alongside your existing maternity care and support your overall wellbeing during pregnancy.
Session format
Sessions are available in person or online and are tailored entirely to you.
Some women attend for a small number of sessions focused on birth preparation, while others choose ongoing support during pregnancy.
