Corporate Emotional Resilience Workshop
Developing your employees’ personal resilience could significantly improve business performance and improve their mental health.
Resilient employees cope better with adversity and are more likely to continue performing well when faced with challenges, as well as being better able to maintain their mental wellbeing.
Resilience is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don’t go as planned. Resilient people don’t dwell on failures; they acknowledge the situation, learn from their mistakes, and then move on.
Having a high level of resilience does not mean you will avoid stress; it means you will be able to adapt, function better and recover more effectively from it.
We can’t always choose the situations we find ourselves in, but we can develop the emotional agility to choose how we respond.
This workshop will allow your employees to recognise automatic, unplanned responses and learn how to react to them in order to build their own resilience and improve overall wellbeing.
